When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2014, at around 00:31, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles with a distance of about 500 meters from approximately 69 meters from the place where the name of the original road of Seocheon-si is unknown to the road of the same Gu-ro to the 69-ro, the same Gu-ro, while under the influence of alcohol concentration 0.166%.
