At around 02:40 on April 28, 2015, the Defendant, at around 02:0, operated a B rocketing car with a distance of approximately 200 meters from the front day of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, to the front day of the 69me hotel, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.149%.
