1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shares 200/717 out of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

Basic Facts

On August 22, 2005, the Plaintiff, C, D, and D entered into a contract with the Defendant on the purchase of part of the land of approximately 2,369 square meters in size E (hereinafter “instant land subject to the sale”) with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant one sale contract”), which is the main content as follows.

The accurate sale price pursuant to the area is to be settled after the subdivision of the instant land and the instant land before subdivision.
