1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 29, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the refund of lease deposit with this Court Order 2009Da6372, and on June 16, 2009, the judgment became final and conclusive upon winning the judgment that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 45 million won and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 1, 2005 to the date of full payment." After receiving 14 million won out of the above judgment's claim from the defendant, the plaintiff sought 30 million won out of the remainder of the judgment's claim and delayed payment damages against the defendant (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
