1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,456,350 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 5, 2019 to the date of full payment.

On October 6, 2008, the Plaintiff filed an order for payment of loans with the Cheongju District Court Young-dong Branch 2008Ra257, and issued a payment order with the purport that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 75,250,000 won and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 10, 2008 to the date of full payment,” and the above order became final and conclusive on October 24, 2008. The Defendant only repaid KRW 11,60,000,000. The Plaintiff sought payment of the remaining balance as above by service of public notice for the interruption of extinctive prescription (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
