Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2016, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven a car with Cnibus under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.156% from the public parking lot of the Arts Center 149 to the front road of the Namdong-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.
