1. The defendant has the respective points indicated in the attached Form 2 drawings among the 1,269 square meters in Sejong Special Self-Governing City C, which are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 5.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s acquisition of land ownership, etc. 1) The Plaintiff is limited to Sejong Special Self-Governing City Do (hereinafter “Duri”) on September 25, 2013.

(2) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 6, 2013 with respect to C-Y 1,50 square meters and E-Y 13 square meters. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 3, 2014, under the Plaintiff’s name again on January 15, 2015, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on G-Y 86 square meters on January 15, 2015. In addition, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 29, 2014 with respect to C-Y 1,50 square meters on June 27, 2014, divided into C-Y 1,170 square meters and H 30 square meters, and C-Y 1,50 square meters on June 27, 2014 and 1,000 square meters again acquired the Plaintiff’s ownership on June 13, 2015 (the Plaintiff acquired the Plaintiff’s ownership on June 13, 2015).

[] The Plaintiff was merged with the land that acquired ownership on January 15, 2015, as described in the above paragraph (1) of this Article and G field 86 square meters (the land that acquired ownership on January 15, 2015) and became a C 1,269 square meters

C. At present, etc. 1) The land owned by the Plaintiff C and the land owned by J, the Defendant, are adjoining to each other, as indicated in the separate sheet. Of the instant building, the part “B” part of 19 square meters in the ship, which is successively connected to each point of the separate sheet Nos. 16, 17, 18, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 16 (hereinafter “instant land subject to dispute”).
