1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C is the Daejeon District Court with respect to each real estate listed in the [Attachment 2] list.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff’s deceased on May 192, 192, and the Plaintiff’s deceased in Gwangju Dong-gu H on January 27, 1962.
B. Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (amended by Act No. 2204, Jun. 18, 1970) on the real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] List (hereinafter “real estate 1 of this case”) on September 28, 1971.
C. On November 8, 1911, 191, F of the Plaintiff’s net records received the assessment of the real estate indicated in [2] List 5 through 7 of Sejong Special Self-Governing City, J 387 square meters, and Defendant D’s name (hereinafter “Defendant D”) completed the registration of initial ownership on August 16, 1980 based on the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (amended by Act No. 3094, Dec. 31, 197) with respect to each of the above real estate under F’s circumstances based on the cancellation of title trust.
In order to be transferred to public sites necessary for the K rearrangement project of Defendant Sejong Special Self-Governing City (hereinafter “Defendant City”), the following is divided into the real estate listed in [Attachment 2] attached Form 1, 2, and the real estate listed in J 387 square meters into the real estate listed in Articles 3, 387 square meters in J 3, 387 square meters. The Defendant City paid the consultation compensation under the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects with respect to each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 and 4 of the same Table, and completed the registration of ownership transfer due to the consultation on June 5, 2008.
E. Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer due to sale on October 20, 1960, under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 3094, Dec. 31, 1977) on May 31, 1979 with respect to each real estate listed in the [Attachment 3] list (hereinafter “instant third real estate”).
