Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On March 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Korea, and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu prison on October 24, 2015.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler
