A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 12, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. of Drivers) (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) said, around 19:20 on November 12, 2017, the Defendant was on board the 1st wing line of the D having D Corpock, a representative driver, in the parking lot located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was passing through a road adjacent to the main apartment located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangdong-gu, for the reason that the victimized person sucks down his/her vehicle, the Defendant expressed his/her desire to read “I sing out, as soon as soon as possible.”

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. As of November 12, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, as indicated in paragraph (1) around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) was driving a vehicle into the F district of the Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa Police Station, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and reported the fact to the Defendant and the Defendant; (b) again, took a bath to the said C; and (c) was removed from the border G, etc. belonging to the said F District, the Defendant was removed from the foregoing F District G, etc.
