1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 342,012,397 and KRW 109,546,00 among them, Defendant B shall be from January 1, 2013 to January 30, 2013.

The plaintiff is an executor of the business that newly constructs and sells the F apartment of Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as "the apartment of this case"), and the defendants are several buyers who entered into a sales contract and options contract for the apartment of this case with the plaintiff.

B. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendants enter into a contract for the sale in lots and the options construction contract (hereinafter “each contract in this case”) with respect to the apartment of this case as indicated below (Articles 1 and 2).
