1. The defendants jointly and severally with the plaintiff 565,756,346 won and 563,965,946 won among them, from December 21, 2005 to June 2006.

In full view of the entries and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1-2 and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff had a claim for reimbursement amounting to 563,965,946 won against the defendants and deceased D. Accordingly, the plaintiff filed a claim against the defendants as Seoul Western District Court 2006Gadan41535, Aug. 8, 2006 against the defendants for reimbursement amounting to 565,203,816 won jointly and severally with D, and 563,965,946 won among them, and 15% per annum from December 21, 2005 to June 15, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and it is recognized that the plaintiff filed an application for the order to pay the above amount to the plaintiff for the completion of the statute of limitations after the judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2006.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally obligated to pay to the plaintiff 565,756,346 won (565,203,816 won) and 563,965,946 won among them, 15% per annum from December 21, 2005 to June 15, 2006 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
