According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, there is no dispute between the parties or according to Gap evidence, the plaintiff filed a claim suit against the defendants with Daegu District Court 2006dan25889, and "the defendants jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff 35,236,209 won and 34,731,329 won among them, 15% per annum from January 31, 2006 to February 17, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, 30% per annum from the next day to June 20, 206. The plaintiff is jointly and severally obligated to pay 621,503 won per annum from the next day to June 20, 206 to the date of 30.5% per annum, 30% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, 30% per annum 135% per annum, 205% per annum from the next day to 20.5% per annum.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
