1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,352,960 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from December 13, 2013 to November 6, 2014, and the following.

A. A corporation is established for the purpose of manufacturing lighting and wholesale and retail business, and the Defendant entered into a supply contract with the Defendant, stating that “C is operating a lighting fixture manufacturer with the trade name,” and the Plaintiff would supply the parts of ELD-Gu and lighting fixtures to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant supply contract”).

B. The Plaintiff supplied the product from January 4, 2013 under the instant supply contract. As to the supplied portion from May 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff received the payment from the Defendant. From June 5, 2013 to December 12, 2013, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with ELD parts in total amounting to KRW 86,785,160 as indicated below.

C. Meanwhile, according to the Defendant’s request for return of defective goods among the products supplied to the Defendant as above, the Plaintiff returned the product amounting to KRW 9,432,00 in total, and received KRW 55,00,000 as the price for the goods under the instant supply contract.
