A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After installing 20 computers and Internet circuits in Pyeongtaek-si from September 201 to May 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained game money which is the result of the game by acquiring a certain amount of game money if a Baduk, in connection with his/her game, participates in a certain amount of game money; and (b) sells or sells the game money acquired through D and E, or omits this part of the facts charged; and (c) as such, it appears that it is a clerical error, it is corrected ex officio.
