A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant:

On March 4, 2017: (a) at the new bank transfer branch located in 584 via a mobile phone at the 584-on hand-on-line (E) from the point of transfer of a bank, the sales of which was 550,000 won via a new bank account (G) designated by the said seller; (b) around that time, the sales purchases approximately 0.5g of the opon-on-on-line, which was hidden in the transfer of the Suwon-gu (hereinafter referred to as the “UDF”), and purchases them by finding out about 0.5g of the opon-on-line, which was concealed in the transfer of the Suwon-gu (hereinafter referred to as the “UDF”);

3. On March 11, 2017, the administration of approximately 0.1g of philophonephones purchased at the heading room of the Mobel, “I” located in H of Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, as described in the preceding paragraph, by the method described in paragraph 1;

4. From around 17:00 on March 18, 2017 to around 02:00 on March 19, 2017, K “K”, located in the jurisdiction of Suwon-si, administered approximately 0.1g of the philopon, purchased from the heading room of the Sinwon-si Y, due to an unforeseen circumstance, in the same manner as paragraph (1).
