A operated the said legal entity as the representative director of L from November 1, 1992 to March 27, 2013. On October 30, 2014, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution to a violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act at the Seoul Central District Court’s order on October 30, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 7, 2014. On October 30, 2015, A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Fraud and Subsidy Management, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 19, 205, and Defendant B operated the livestock excreta tank in the name of (State) from around 200 to the end of December 201, Defendant C shall operate the livestock excreta tank in the Gyeonggi District Court’s name, and Defendant CV from the Gyeonggi District Court’s name to the same NA in its name, and Defendant CD in its name to the same NA in its name.

The victim Republic of Korea and the victim Socheon-gun paid subsidies [70% of national expenses, 50% of local expenses)] to both the victim and the victim under the condition that they voluntarily bear 20% (30% from the year 2013 to the 30%) of the project cost (30%) of the subsidy to promote the natural circulation farming law by converting livestock excreta into manure and liquid manure.
