A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

From September 200, the Defendant was an employee of the business division of the victim C Co., Ltd. and engaged in the business of remitting public funds to the said company’s head office.

1. Around April 30, 2009, the Defendant altered a private document or altered private document: (a) at the office of Gwangju Branch of the Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, a transaction store, a copy of the serial number which was kept in custody as payment for the settlement from (ju) Gwangju-gu, a transaction store; (b) the issuer’s “E”, “140,300,000 won”, “140,300,000 won”, “31 January 31, 2010”; (c) the due date for payment was written as the revised amount; (d) the payment date was written as “l million won”; and (e) the copy of a private document, which is a promissory note on rights and duties, was altered on December 111, 2009, and exercised the altered private document by facsimile as if the said promissory note was actually established for employees of the Seocho-gu Seoul C Co., Ltd.

The Defendant altered a private document over 12 occasions between the above date and October 31, 2009, as shown in attached Table 1, and exercised it.

2. Around April 2009, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) was in the office of Gwangju branch of the said C Co., Ltd., which collected KRW 3,200,000 from Egypt Egypt Egym Hung store, and was in custody for the victim. Around that time, the Defendant used the said money as the construction cost for the mother of the Defendant

The Defendant, from the above date to November 27, 2009, embezzled 687,988,829 won at will through 325 times in total in the same manner as indicated in the attached Table 2 of the crime committed.
