Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On April 23, 2010, A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and the judgment was finalized on May 1, 2010, and on December 5, 2012, A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the same court and became final and conclusive on April 26, 2013.

B On November 22, 2012, the Busan District Court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud in the Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on November 30, 2012 and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 30, 2012.

The Defendants reported multiple job offer advertisements to the Multilaters, and contacted with the Multilaters, and Defendant B conspireded with the Multilaters, and Defendant A conspired to receive prepaid money from Multilaters, as if Defendant A were to engage in multilateral work.

On October 31, 2009, at the entrance of the captain-Gun office in Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendants conspiredd with the captain-Gun office of the captain-gun 1 on October 31, 2009, the Defendants reported the advertisement that Defendant B would seek AC from the Internet and contacted the victim E who operated the “D” multilateral bank at the Jinju city, thereby making the victim at the entrance of the above captain-Gun office of the captain-Gun. However, on November 2, 2009, the Defendants told the victim to work as the above multiple employees who had been operated by the victim for one month from November 2, 2009.

However, even if the victim receives a prepaid payment from the victim, there was no intention or ability to work as an employee.

The Defendants conspired to induce the victim as such and received 3.5 million won from the victim as a prepaid payment.

Defendant B of the 2013 Man-Ma3729, “A(the suspension of indictment on October 26, 2010) was able to obtain prepaid money with A(the suspension of indictment on October 26, 2010) and reported job offer advertisements published by the victim F to seek multiple employees via the Internet and called “Isman who will do work in the future. Isman who is now in Busan. Isman who will do work in the future.”

Accordingly, Defendant B is located in the G of the Busan Metropolitan City captain-gun around November 17, 2009, together with the above A.
