Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than Defendant A pharmacy founders, may sell medicines;
Although the Defendant was not a pharmacy founder, the Defendant planned to publicize the sale of fake drugs, such as fake vilass, and to set up a website on which a purchase application is filed, and sell fake vilass, etc., and to organize the aforementioned website’s establishment and management manager, customer consultants, goods delivery agents, etc. to sell drugs, such as advance donation treatment.
According to such plans, K shared the role of opening and managing the Internet homepage of "L (M)" that sells advance donation treatment chemicals in China; N consults with customers;O performs overall control over goods delivery; P takes the role of delivering goods and withdrawing profits; Q takes the role of delivering goods and delivering goods.
