A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 12, 2014, around 17:38, the Defendant discovered the keys of DBa car owned by the victim C at the Busan Southern-ro 208, Nam-gu, Busan-gu 208 Do-dong 34 Do-dong Do-ro 34.

The Defendant, who was parked at the above keys, opened a door of the driver’s seat of the said small-scale car and was driving the vehicle at the time, and stolen the above vehicle in an amount of KRW 2 million at the market price by driving the vehicle.

2. The Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a DNA driver car.

At around 18:00 on April 12, 2014, the first accident defendant driven the motor vehicle of the United Nations Peace-ro 10-gil, Nam-dong, Busan, with the driving of the motor vehicle of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations Peace-ro 3-lane from the direction of the United Nations Peace-ro 10-lane.

There are narrow side roads and parked vehicles on the left and right side, so there was a duty of care to drive a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with due care not to contact with parked vehicles.
