A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bchip motor vehicles.

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) was driven by the Defendant at around 00:20 on April 3, 2020, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.133% on blood alcohol level, and led to the E-section from the front of the U.N. road located in Busan Southern-gu C.

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.13% at the time and place specified in the above Paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, and the Defendant was driving a car with approximately KRW 1 km from the south-gu K University to the front road located in Nam-gu C of the same city, Nam-gu.
