1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. In the Forest Survey Book prepared in the Japanese colonial era, I (Z. I means that I (Z. I’s permanent domicile is Seoul Jung-gu AB) with an address in the Sinsung District with respect to the single unit of forest land in Suwon-gun, Suwon-gun, G (AB), which was located in the Sinsung District, was under the circumstances on March 6, 1918 (Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul).

(2) The sale certificate of G (No. B) stating that I (I’s address is G AA) sells the forest to J on March 20, 1937. The forest name keeping the forest account book prepared in March 20, 1943 is the person liable for payment of the said forest land, and the "marb" state that I’s “I’s purchase on March 3, 1937 (the date is not correct, but it appears to be 20.)” and on May 30, 1938, the forest account was divided into K, V, and W.

(3) In addition, the Forest Register (No. B. B. B. and No. 3, the date of preparation is unknown) of K (hereinafter “forest prior to the division of this case”) which is the mother of the land of this case is written by the J.

(4) On the other hand, the old forest register and the registry were destroyed due to the Korean War, and the old forest register concerning the forest land restored by the former Cadastral Act (amended by Act No. 2801 of Dec. 31, 1975), stated that the forest land before the division was transferred to the Defendant’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor’s forest land transfer on September 14, 1963 (at the time of the division, the forest land was ignsung-gun, and hereinafter “Sesung-si”), regardless of whether it was before or after the change of the administrative district name.

(However, the divided date in the old forest register is different from the entry of the above forest name register and the forest register, and the correct divided date is not known). On the other hand, on September 14, 1963 with respect to the forest land before the division of this case, registration of preservation of ownership has been completed in the name of Sung-si.

Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) and Si/Gun as of the time this Act enters into force, in the case of the former Education Act (Act No. 955, Jan. 1, 1962; Act No. 955, Dec. 13, 1997).
