1. Defendant Republic of Korea: (a) KRW 4,020,400 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 25, 2013 to August 21, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 25, 2013, at around 23:56, the day of the instant case, the Plaintiff refused the request from Defendant B and C to voluntarily conduct an investigation into a charge of drunk driving, which is a police officer belonging to the police station F department of the Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si. Nevertheless, Defendant B and C forced the Plaintiff to take the Plaintiff into the patrol, and Defendant B and C arrested the Plaintiff as an offender in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, and carried the Plaintiff into the F box. In this process, the Plaintiff sustained the Plaintiff as an offender in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties. In the process, the Plaintiff suffered injury, such as the left-hand sprinking, which requires treatment for 14 days, from the latter police box, the blood alcohol concentration measured through a respiratory measuring device to the Plaintiff, thereby 0.214% of alcohol concentration was 0.214%.

B. 1) The Changwon District Court: (a) decided on June 25, 2013, 2018, and 3109 (combined) that “the Plaintiff voluntarily requested the police officer, etc. to conduct an investigation into the suspicion of drunk driving,” and denied B’s voluntary driving at one time; (b) continued arrest of B’s chest as an offender in the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties; and (c) at the same time interfered with B’s performance of official duties for the next police officer, and at the same time, tried to cause injury to B for about two (2) weeks. The Plaintiff, on June 23:56, 2013, proposed that “the Plaintiff voluntarily tried to commit an act of interference with the performance of official duties for the second police officer, such as an act of interference with the performance of official duties for the second police officer; and (d) an act of interference with the performance of official duties for the second police officer, such as an act of interference with the performance of official duties for the second police officer’s vehicle with alcohol driving at 20%.”
