Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Korea National Housing Corporation (the Korea National Housing Corporation and the Korea Land Corporation were merged with the defendant on October 1, 2009; hereinafter the same shall apply) has obtained approval from the Do governor of Gyeonggi-do in relation to the housing site development project in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 1994, and approval of the development plan for the housing site development project in September 30, 1994, and obtained approval of the change of the planned housing site development area, the development plan, and the implementation plan on December 7, 1994.
B. On the ground of the above land, the Defendant agreed to construct and lease three publicly constructed rental houses with 386 households of K apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and agreed to lease the instant apartment for five years to the Plaintiffs, excluding Plaintiff L and M, and N andO around 197.
C. Around July 2002, the Defendant issued a notice to the occupant of the instant apartment at KRW 22,357,650,000, when the mandatory rental period of the instant apartment at KRW 22,357,650,000.
Accordingly, from July 200 to September 2002 to the rest of the plaintiffs except Defendant, Plaintiff L, and M among the apartment of this case
2. The term "Dong and lake" in the calculation table means that each apartment unit is sold to the same unit price as that indicated in the "sale price" column of the same calculation table, N means that the apartment unit is sold to the same unit price as that indicated in the "Plaintiff L" column in the same calculation table of the same calculation table, andO entered into each sales contract (hereinafter referred to as "each sales contract of this case") with the content that the apartment unit is sold to the same unit price as that indicated in the "Plaintiff M" column in the same calculation table of this case.
