[2013고정1171] 피고인들은 D, E, F, G과 함께 2013. 3. 11. 14:00경부터 같은 날 16:30경까지 광주 남구 H 소재 I 다리 아래에 J 등이 개장한 윷 도박장에서 윷을 놓는 두 사람 중 한 명을 선택하여 판돈을 걸고 승패에 따라 이를 분배받는 방법으로 도박을 하였다.

[2013고정1724] 피고인 B과 K는 2013. 5. 29. 16:40경부터 같은 날 16:50경까지 광주 남구 H 소재 L 아래 하천 변에서 한판에 3만 원을 걸고 이긴 사람이 모두 가져가는 방식으로 2회에 걸쳐 속칭 윷 도박을 하였다.
