The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
At around 18:40 on June 6, 2012, the Defendant was in the house of the victim E (n.e., 111-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu in order to have a dispute between the aforementioned conference of occupants of apartment buildings and the General Women's Association in relation to the dispute, the Defendant opened a door. Judgment
The defendant consistently sought a dispute by finding in the family of the victim until the investigation agency and this court, but asserts that the defendant did not cause any injury to the victim, such as criminal facts, even though he/she was punished by the victim.
