The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the purpose of larceny of intrusion upon residence at night in 2017, 988, and for the attempted theft of intrusion upon residence at night.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Stamyang Detention House on June 23, 2016, and on March 30, 2017, the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 23, 2017.
