A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 382"
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 02:50 on January 25, 2015, was in a cosmetic operated by the victim K located in Seojin-gu J of Jeonjin-gu, Jeondong-gu on a night basis; (b) the Defendant: (c) opened a cosmetic which was not corrected; and (d) intruded into inside the cosmetic and took cash amounting to KRW 110,00,000, which is owned by the victim; and (d) went into the cosmetic
In other words, they stolen them.
From that time to that time, the Defendant stolen the cash amounting to KRW 319,000 in total on four occasions, as shown in the first list of crimes committed during the period from that time, from that time to that time on August 2015.
2. On March 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, which came to a “O” restaurant operated by the victim N in Seojin-gu M, Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of stealinging cash, and infringed on the said restaurant, but did not find a safe containing cash, and did not commit an attempted crime.
In addition, the Defendant attempted to steals another’s property from that time until August 28, 2015, as shown in the attached Table 2, from that time to that of August 28, 2015.
3. On August 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:10 on August 28, 2015, at the “R” drinking house operated by the victim Qua in Gwangju Northern-gu P, the Defendant: (b) opened a credit cooperative in the knter for the purpose of stealing cash; (c) opened the knter for the purpose of stealing cash; and (d) did not discover cash, but failed to perform such intent.

1. On September 9, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, on September 22, 2015, on the part of the Defendant: (a) opened an cafeteria in the “T” restaurant located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and entered the restaurant and entered the cafeteria in order to steal property in any cres that the injured U left and no way exists; (b) but (c) on the part of the door leading alone in the cafeteria, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime.
