A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a B-related cruise car.
On August 8, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.168% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15% 0.168%, and led the D Hospital front of the D Hospital located in Ensan-gu Seoul in the front city of the Jeonju City along a two-lane distance from the right side of the egic road to the right side of the egic road.

Nevertheless, as seen above, the Defendant neglected to perform the above duty of care in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to drinking, and the Defendant, at the F patrol vehicle of the slope E driving which was called out after receiving a report on the suspicion of drunk driving, proceeded as it goes against the Defendant’s shoulder stop signal by micro broadcasting, and the above E was set up the above patrol vehicle on the front side of the Defendant’s car, and received the above patrol part of the patrol vehicle as the front part of the Defendant’s car. In order to prevent this, the Defendant was found to have been in front of the Defendant’s car.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E (E, South and 36 years of age) such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim G (E, South and 42 years of age) such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.
2. On August 8, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at around 03:15, 2020, the front of the D Hospital in Dasan-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Dic Hospital”).
