Defendant

A is a director of the water supply port department of D construction from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015, who has overall control over the supply of waterworks, the supply of sewage, the operation of sewage treatment plants, the collection of water and sewage charges, and the management of pumping stations, and the defendant B is a person who has overall control over the affairs of construction, urban department, permission, and water supply while working as the director of the D Construction and Transportation Port Bureau from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015 and has been working as the director of the D Construction and Transportation Port Bureau from January 1, 2016 to December 21, 2016.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 22, 2015, the Defendant received cash of KRW 2,00,000,000,000 from the day until March 18, 2015, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1), from the office with the five-story water supply department offices located in the D, and around December 25, 2014, from the former G of the Fund in charge of the construction of local water supply facilities in agricultural and fishing villages, which was awarded orders by D around December 25, 2014, and received cash of KRW 14,00,000,000,000, in total, from March 12, 2015, as in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to the public official's duties.

B. On March 15, 2014, the Defendant related to the receipt of entertainment was offered entertainment equivalent to KRW 220,000 from that time until October 18, 2015, in total seven times, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (2) 1 through 7, by seven times in total, including the following: (a) the director L, etc. of K in the K in the K in the K in the K in the process of carrying out a survey and control device installation project, which is a government-funded material, to the K in the J in the process of carrying out the project, which is a government-funded material in D on July 5, 2013; and (b) the Defendant received entertainment equivalent to KRW 1,05,000,00 from the said L in the form of an occupational convenience, such as concluding a contract after 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe in relation to the public official's duties.
