1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

B. Evidence Nos. 1 through 5 from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant B and Defendant A provided funds to Defendant B in relation to each type and south of Korea, and Defendant A conspired to operate a game room by directly participating in the operation of the game room, such as purchase of a game machine and employment of employees.

No one shall distribute, provide for use, exhibit or keep game products of the contents different from those of the game products rated in the Game Rating Committee.

Nevertheless, from October 25, 201 to November 15:50, 201, the Defendants conspired to operate a mutual game site, “F,” on the first floor of the building located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, and provided 40 games with 40 games classified as “F,” and offered them for the use of the customers who found the game at that place. As such, the Defendants offered an unspecified number of customers to use the game of the said “Yent” game as modified differently from the contents of the rating classification.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer game products different from the classified game products to customers for use.

Defendant A is the owner of “F” in Nam-gu, Busan, and Defendant C is an employee.

No one shall provide game products, the rating classification of which by the Game Rating Board is different from the details thereof, for distribution or use.
