Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the traffic accident in this case occurred due to the defendant's gross negligence, who violated the speed limit and did not perform the duty of pedestrian protection, and the victim dies and the bereaved family is the bereaved family.
