If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On August 9, 2013, at around 06:18, the Defendant driven B Lone Star vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.132% at a section of approximately 200 meters from the 60-129 meters prior to the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu session’s end to the 60-129th road.
