1. Defendant A’s violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) on November 9, 2018, at around 20:12, Defendant A driven a H-to-purd vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on a section of about 500 meters from the front of the Ecafeteria located in D, G cafeteria, Gyeongnam-gun, to the front of the G cafeteria located in F.

2. As Defendant A and Defendant B were unable to receive wages from the victim I, Defendant C, a de facto marital spouse of Defendant A, interfered with the victim I’s construction work at the new housing construction site (hereinafter “construction site”), thereby receiving wages.
