Defendant
B Co., Ltd. is a business owner who is established for the purpose of transport service and located in Gangnam-si C, and the defendant A is a representative director of the defendant B Co., Ltd. who is in the position to take safety and health measures necessary to prevent industrial accidents to the workers of the above company.
1. Defendant A
A.
