Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B at low price.

On March 5, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car on March 5, 2019, and led to approximately 125 km in Si/Eup/Myeon from the Myeon of Gwangju Metropolitan City to a two-lane in Si/Eup/Myeon in order to drive the said car at approximately 125 km in Si/Eup/Myeon.

At that time, the speed limit was 100 km per hour, and it was difficult for a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle to be around the new wall name. Ultimately, around 06:01 on March 5, 2019 due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant caused the victim to die on the job due to the damage of chest-resistant dives, etc.
