The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won for each offense of insult Nos. 1, 2, and 3 of the crime sight list as stated in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months from the date of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 16, 2018.

피고인은 2018. 7. 16.경 남편인 피해자 B가 다른 여자와 불륜 관계라는 사실에 화가 나 이미 피해자의 이름과 불륜 사실이 게시된 적 있는 피고인의 인터넷 C에 “만나도 어디서 뭣같은거 만났다 진짜ㅋ 니수준이 거기냐 잘가려 만나든가 니새끼 한번 잘못 만나서 내인생이 이게 뭐냐 죄책감이라곤 1도 없는 싸이코패스야 여자 만날거면 좀 생각있는 년으로 골라 만나 어디서 그딴걸 만나 둘다 끼리끼리라 만나는건 알겠는데 그 중에서도 좀 골라서 만나지 그랬냐 개념없이 나이만 먹은거 만나지말고 창피하다 진짜”라고 게시하는 등 그 무렵부터 2018. 12. 13.경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 4회에 걸쳐 피고인의 C에 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 각각 모욕하였다.
