A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

2.0,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “200 Man-Ma340,” other than a person handling narcotics, was prohibited from handling or administering psychotropic drugs, but the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs as follows. However, the Defendant dealt with the Mepta (hereinafter “Handphone”) as psychotropic drugs:

1. On June 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had the intent to seek writingphones from the sales book of his name omitted; (b) sold KRW 2,00,000 to the F bank account (Account Number G) in the name of E used by the CDs at the off-source point of the F Bank E branch located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (c) purchased and sold the penphones by collecting approximately 2 g of the penphones, in which the housing near the Z in Yongsan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City was concealed under the name omitted part of the penphones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 18:00 on June 10, 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, administered phiphones by inserting the spphones purchased as above into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with the Defendant’s arms.

B. At around 21:00 on June 12, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones in such a way as to inhale the smoke generated by heating the buphones in the shape of buphones purchased at the above Defendant’s residence.

The defendant of "200 Highest958" is not a person handling narcotics, but is not a person handling narcotics, nor is he/she handle or administers psychotropic drugs.

Nevertheless, around 21:00 on August 16, 2019, the Defendant put approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs into a single-use in the Defendant’s house located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the second floor, dilution with water, and injected them into the Defendant’s left blood line, and 0.1g of “opon” in the same manner continuously.
