A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since then, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in the above farm, with the victim E's panty, and became the victim's sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant uses three times to resist the victim E, which is a juvenile.
