A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant shall be sentenced to the above punishment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has operated a "xxx" store in Heak-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu.

1. On March 3, 2018, at around 19:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim C (a person, South, and the age of 17) by putting the victim C (a person, male, and the age of 17) who was her in his/her own future, and committing an indecent act by turning the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s clothes under the victim’s own clothes, as shown in attached Table 1, from around that time to March 7, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile on three occasions.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On March 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act) was under the influence of alcohol on the part of the victim E (name, south, 17 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol at a so-called fright, thereby gathering the hands into the victim’s panty, and putting the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s panty, and refused the victim’s refusal, “I will see the victim’s family. Accordingly, the defendant tried to commit similar acts against the victim who is a child or juvenile, and attempted to commit such act.

B. On March 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) said that, around 03:00 to 03:30 on March 7, 2018, the Defendant was the victim, who was living on the floor of the Defendant’s dwelling area F, xxxxxxxx, and that, the victim refused it, said Defendant was the victim’s her panty typ., stating that “I will come up with the width,” and then, said Defendant was the victim’s panty typ.
