A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

C Elementary school conference is a group of graduates of C elementary school located in South-do, Gyeonggi-do, and the defendant was a graduate of C elementary school 43 times from February 2015 to March 2016, who was employed as the secretary general of C elementary school Dongmun-gu Council from February 43 to March 2016.

1. As above, the Defendant, while serving as the Secretary General of C Elementary School, managed the No.C. accounts in the name of D with which the total operating funds of C Elementary School D are deposited (E), a corporate bank account in F’s name, and D’s credit account with the scholarship fund (H) and kept the funds deposited in each account for business purposes.

A. On March 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 2,00,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the above name; (b) and (c) was kept on business for the entire colon of C elementary school in the same manner 14 times from that time to July 22, 2015, as shown in attached Table 1.

D Withdrawal 16,00,000 won in total from the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of Do and consumed it for personal purposes such as living expenses.

B. On November 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn KRW 1,00,000 from the credit cooperative account in the above name D; (b) and (c) was kept on business for the entire colon of C elementary school in the same manner over 21 occasions from that time to March 21, 2016, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Offenses 2.

A total of 51,00,000 won was withdrawn from the new cooperation account in the name of D and consumed for personal purposes such as living expenses.

On December 15, 2015, the Defendant withdrawn 4,500,000 won from the corporate bank account in the above F’s name, which was kept for the purpose of a general meeting of elementary school C elementary school, and consumed it for personal purposes such as living expenses.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled the total amount of KRW 71,50,000,00 for operating funds and scholarships of the total class C elementary school group, which had been under the custody of the Defendant.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;
