Reasons
On May 8, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the building listed in the separate sheet, which is owned by the Plaintiff, to the Defendant by fixing the lease deposit amount of KRW 50,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,400,00, and the lease term from May 14, 2013 to May 13, 2015. The Defendant did not pay monthly rent from March 2014, and the said lease agreement was lawfully terminated due to the delivery of a copy of the complaint, stating that the lease contract is terminated on the grounds of the foregoing monthly rent arrears.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff and pay the amount of 2,400,000 won per month from March 1, 2014 to the delivery of the above building.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
