A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2019, the Defendant, at around 01:00 on April 28, 2019, arranged the act of arranging sexual traffic against B (the age of 17) to have a male juvenile who wants to engage in sexual traffic by pretending to be a "F" in the vicinity of E at the time of strike.
