The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is as follows: I, S, K, and F (I, S, and K filed a complaint with the defendant; I, S, K couple, and F, collectively referred to as "the complainant, etc. of this case" hereinafter) stated in the facts charged of this case; on or around July 27, 2009, L was unable to obtain blood inputs from the above community credit cooperatives; I, and six other persons visited the above community credit cooperatives on July 27, 2009, and consistently stated that the defendant was not guilty of the above facts charged of this case's auction, which are the co-owners of this case's preferential rights, because G was not divided into E's debt statement to the above one and six persons; G, I, and H's statements were inconsistent with G, H, and H's statements, which are the co-owners of this case's preferential rights, and the court below found the above facts of this case's auction to have been rejected on July 27, 2009.

2. In light of the records, the court below's findings of fact and determination are just and acceptable, and in particular, it is recognized by the records.
