Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2013, at around 07:30, the Defendant driven a three-dimensional car at the parking lot located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-ro 167, while under the influence of alcohol 0.083% of blood alcohol level.
