Punishment of the crime

1. On August 20, 2010, Defendant A, at the civil court of Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-dong District Court 2010Gahap4617, the said Defendant appeared and testified after taking an oath as a witness of the foregoing court’s case of cancellation of ownership transfer registration. On May 25, 200, the fact was that E and F, at the D office of Gwangju-gu, intended to enter into a sales contract with the purport that “A witness, E and E and E were to sell and purchase the land in violation of the said contract with the intention of suspending the conclusion of a sales contract with the intention of selling and purchasing the land in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, G 295 m2,90 square meters (1,176 m2, 200,000 won after division of December 23, 200, 176 m2, 2005 m2,000 won, although there was no witness, E and E and E were no witnessess.
