Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 100,000 from the G bank account in the name of F as the price for the goods from the victim, and received KRW 1,360,000 in total from each victim in the same way five times from around that time to April 23, 2018, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.

On May 26, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice on May 26, 2018 on the Internet H site stating that “the sale of the slurian Slurian Slurgicization” was to sell goods at KRW 708,000 to the victim I who had contacted with the Defendant, and made a false statement to the effect that KRW 410,000 will make credit card payment and the remaining KRW 298,000 will send the goods on the face of remittance.

The Defendant received 298,000 won from the victim to the J bank account (K) in the name of F.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On May 27, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice on May 27, 2018, stating that “the Defendant sells the slurgicization at the Internet H site” and reported it to the victim L who contacted with the Defendant.
