A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor by the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on August 31, 2018.

On September 25, 2018, from around 15:20 to 15:55 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) from around September 25, 2018 to around 15:20, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1), by: (c) stated that, as indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (d) stated that the Defendant would drink alcohol to the victim; and (d) stated that the Defendant would be “the same year and the same year for which he would be deemed as having been a customer”; and (d) prevented the Defendant from entering the Defendant by getting the customers using the said place out of the place and allowing them to enter the place.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's smooth operation by force.

3. On September 27, 2018, the Defendant’s insult against the victim E, in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment house on the street around September 10:03, 2018, when 10 or more people request the victim E, who belongs to the Seoul Sejong Cancer Police Station G District Group, to return home from the victim E, who was called after being reported by the Defendant, and being asked by the victim E, the victim to return home, such as H, are heard, and the victim will go home by inserting a civil petition to the two arches, the Human Rights Committee, and Nhhhhhhhhhhhhhhn.
