Punishment of the crime

around 12:00 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant reported to 112 the Defendant, who was divingd on the road adjacent to the above Schlage, to the victim F (n, 48 years of age) who was the wife of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that he/she interfered with the business of E, and that he/she reported to 112 on the said Schlage.

The victim’s duty was obstructed by force for a period of about one hour, such as harming the victim by taking a large voice, booming him/her, pushing him/her, and her with his/her hand, etc.
